      We are based in central Doncaster. and we cover areas for hot tub hire in, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Selby, Goole, Wakefield, Gainsborough, Epworth, Barnsley, Tickhill, Bawtry, Pontefract, Epworth, or 30 miles out from DN1 Doncaster. for further areas please ask for a quote.
    • Do i need an outside water supply?

      No, we carry all types of tap fittings and hose pipes, We always aim to fill your hot tub with hot water so that you can use the tub on the day of delivery, a hot water fill takes around 2 hours depending on your own water pressure. some taps are not always suitable for a hot water fill. please contact us with any concerns. 
    • Are you insured?

      We hold public liability insurance as standard, we always advise to research who you hire hot tubs from, we carry full insurance at all times, our policy can be requested from our customers at any time.
    • Im worried about access. Will your tubs fit through my door or side gate?

      We only use hot tubs that fit through any doorway or small side gate. even our mobile nightclubs will go through any access. 
    • What about power?

      We can install our hot tubs or packages up to 20 meters away from any 13amp power supply. 
    • Is having speakers and lights safe in the party packages?

      We only 12 volt speakers and low voltage LED lights, so very safe.
    • How long does it take to set up?

      We set up for packages and take them down. hot tubs on there own normally take around 30 mins, party packages around 1 hour, party bar hot tub packages around 1.5 hours and rave cave mobile nightclubs 1.5 hours. please request a AM delivery if required. 
    • Can i hire a tub for 1 night?

      No we hire our hot tubs for 5 days 4 nights, giving you better value for money.
    • How long does it take to heat the water up?

      We carry various tap connectors to fill from your hot water supply. this means you can use the hot tub once it has been filled.

      If we are unable to connect to your hot water supply, then heating times can take up to 24 hours.
    • Are the hot tubs cleaned?

      We chemically clean all of our hot tubs and equipment after and before every hire. 
    • How does the hot tub maintain its temperature?

      All our hot tubs have there own thermostats.
    • Can my baby use your hot tubs?

      We strongly advise for children under the age of 6 years NOT to use any of our hot tubs. 
    • Can this be set up on my patio?

      Yes. We here at Happytubs hot tub hire have a wealth of experience with anchoring marquees and gazebos. we havn't lost one yet. We will assess the location and provide the best safest solution to installing your gazebo or marquee.
    • Will this ruin my lawn?

      we offer a grass protection add on for £30.
