Turn your garden into your own private nightclub with our Rave Cave Mobile Nightclub Hire in Doncaster. Available in two sizes, the Medium 4.5m × 3m Rave Cave accommodates around 20 people, while the Large 6m × 3m Rave Cave accommodates around 35 people.

Both are fully waterproof and can be professionally set up on hard standing, decking, artificial grass or natural grass, giving you a proper party venue right outside your home.

All-Year-Round Garden Party Hire

The Rave Cave isn’t just for summer. During the colder months, a heater is included to help keep your party warm and comfortable. During hotter weather, we include an air blower to keep the air circulating inside the party tent.

For setups on natural grass, you can also add our heavy-duty plastic event flooring for £40, creating a cleaner, more comfortable party floor and helping protect against wet or muddy ground.

Our heavy-duty party tents are securely installed and designed to cope with typical British weather. Suitability in stronger winds is always assessed for safety, and setup or use may be changed or cancelled if conditions become unsafe.

One change I’d make: I wouldn’t advertise “safe up to 50mph gusts” unless the manufacturer specifically rates that exact tent/anchoring system for 50mph. That’s quite a strong safety claim. The wording above still reassures customers without locking you into a specific wind speed.

Yes — your Rave Cave Party Tent Hire includes full delivery, setup and collection. There’s no party tent to build and no sound or lighting equipment for you to work out.

We erect and secure the Rave Cave, then set up the sound system, disco lighting, smoke machine, UV backdrops, drinks bar, bar stools and LED cube seating. We’ll also show you how to connect your phone or device to the sound system before we leave.

When your hire is finished, we come back and take everything down and away again.

No — our Rave Cave party tents don’t require any special access to your garden. Unlike rigid structures, the Rave Cave is brought to your property in separate sections and assembled in your garden, making it suitable for many homes with normal garden access.

We simply need safe, reasonable access to bring the party tent and equipment through to the setup area. This can usually be via a side gate, passageway or through the property where appropriate.

Your garden must be secure and suitable for the equipment for the full hire period, with enough clear, reasonably level space for the Rave Cave you’ve booked. Our Medium Rave Cave measures approximately 4.5m × 3m, while the Large Rave Cave measures approximately 6m × 3m.

Yes — our Rave Cave party tents are suitable for winter parties and colder weather. During the colder months, we include a 3kW electric heater FREE of charge to help keep the party tent warm and comfortable.

If you’d like additional heating, you’re welcome to use your own suitable electric heater. However, any additional heaters must use your own power cables and electrical supply and must not be plugged into our extension cables or equipment.

With enclosed sides, weather protection and winter heating, our Rave Cave party tent hire in Doncaster and surrounding areas is a great option for birthdays, celebrations and garden parties throughout the colder months.

Yes, potentially! However, this will depend entirely on the location and security of your property.

Our Rave Cave Party Tents contain valuable sound, lighting and party equipment, which is left on-site overnight. For this reason, security is extremely important.

If you’re planning to have your Rave Cave set up on a front driveway or in an area accessible to the public, we’ll need to assess the location before accepting your booking.

Additional security measures, such as CCTV, secure fencing or gates, may help. Depending on the location and level of security, we may request a larger refundable security deposit or refuse the booking altogether.

We want you to enjoy your party, but we also need to ensure our equipment is safe and secure throughout your hire.

Our Rave Cave Party Tents usually take around 2–3 hours to fully set up, depending on the size of the tent and access to your garden.

Unlike a basic gazebo hire, there’s a lot involved in creating your Rave Cave. We need to securely erect and anchor the party tent before setting up the disco lighting, Bluetooth party speaker, UV backdrops, smoke machine, drinks bar, LED cube seating and other equipment included with your package.

The setup time and amount of equipment involved are reflected in the hire price — we do all the hard work so your garden party tent is completely set up and ready for you to enjoy.

All we ask is that there is safe, clear access to your garden when we arrive so we can bring the equipment through and get everything set up efficiently.

No. We do not supply any drinks or alcohol with our Rave Cave Party Tent Hire.

The Rave Cave includes a drinks bar, bar stools and party setup, ready for you to stock with your own choice of drinks for your guests.

This also means you can tailor the bar to your event, whether you’re serving soft drinks for a children’s party, mocktails, or your own alcoholic drinks for an adult celebration.

We provide the bar — you provide the drinks!

It couldn’t be easier! You can connect your phone or other compatible device directly to the Rave Cave’s massive sound system and stream your own music and playlists throughout your party.

Create your playlist beforehand or choose your music as the night goes on — you’re completely in control.

Whether you’re into dance, house, pop, rock, party classics or children’s party music, simply connect your device, turn it up and enjoy.

Be your own DJ for the night and turn your garden into your very own nightclub!

Yes! If you want to add some karaoke fun to your Rave Cave party, you can plug your own compatible microphones into the sound system. We’ll show you how to connect them when we set everything up.

Then simply use your phone or device to play your favourite karaoke tracks and sing along to your favourite tunes through the Rave Cave sound system.

The Rave Cave must be set up on sound, reasonably level and suitable ground. This is important for the safety and stability of the party tent and all the equipment inside.

Suitable surfaces include hard standing, patios, decking, small gravel and grass.

We cannot set up on muddy or waterlogged ground. Even small muddy patches within the setup area may result in the hire being refused, so please check the area before your delivery date.

For grass, gravel or any surface that may collect or pool water during rain, we strongly recommend adding our event flooring for £40. This creates a much cleaner, drier and more comfortable floor inside your Rave Cave and helps protect your party if the British weather takes a turn!

If you’re unsure whether your garden or chosen area is suitable for our Rave Cave Party Tent Hire, please contact us before booking.

Yes! You’re welcome to add your own decorations and personalise the Rave Cave for your birthday, celebration or themed party.

Please do not use sticky tape, glue, adhesive hooks or anything else that could leave marks or sticky residue on the party tent or equipment. Decorations can instead be carefully attached using string.

All of your own decorations must be completely removed before we arrive to collect the Rave Cave.

The party tent, bar, seating and equipment must also be left clean and in the same condition as when your hire started for your security deposit to be returned.

So get creative and make the Rave Cave your own — just please leave the sticky tape at home!

Each Rave Cave Party Tent comes with 10 seats included as part of the setup:

  • 6 light-up LED cube seats

  • 4 bar stools

The LED cubes add to the nightclub atmosphere while providing extra seating, and the bar stools are perfect for sitting around the drinks bar.

You’re also welcome to provide additional suitable seating of your own if you need more seats for your guests.

Yes, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible. We currently have just one Rave Cave available, which can be set up in either the Medium 4.5m × 3m or Large 6m × 3m size. This means availability is limited and once your date is booked, it’s gone.

Popular party dates can fill particularly quickly, especially Halloween, Christmas, New Year’s Eve (NYE), Bank Holiday weekends and other major celebrations.

If you’re planning a birthday or special event and already know your date, it’s always best to reserve your Rave Cave Party Tent Hire early rather than risk missing out.

For the big party dates, don’t leave it until the last minute — they go fast!
